mycreativewishes Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 I have been trying to upload images to my store for the wholesale side. I had no problem with them for the retail side, but they don't load at all. The files show as uploaded in the contol panel, but don't display on the website. I check the image properties on the site and the dimensions aren't correct either. All I get is an red x where the image should be. Please advice on how to fix this.

Now look on your server and see where the file was actually uploaded. I would initially suspect the settings in /admin/includes/configure.php and/or /includes/configure.php are incorrect. Try the www.owgshop.com/wholesale then username and pw. If ff isn't doing right try IE. I know that is correct. Sorry you are having problems. Thanks so much for trying to help.

Are they the same as for http://owgshop.com/wholesale/images/1hoppernew.gif How big is the file? Is it biger than 1hoppernew.gif? The permissions is set at 777 for both gifs, the file size is 37.43 kbs but have other file images much larger
