need help to redirect when session time out

Can someone please teach me redirect users to index.html when session timeout, I couldn't find anything related to this topic on th web.

My website has many language and if user goes away for a while all link they clicked become default language, which is a big trouble for me as I set different price for different region by distributor request >_<

I'm a php noob, I can't understand sessions.php at all, please help.
