Guest Posted February 7, 2003 Share Posted February 7, 2003 I have a problem, items are being added to the customers cart before checkout. In the cart it only shows the items they purchased but once they go to the checkout page it shows more items they did not add to their cart. Any suggestions? Guest Posted February 7, 2003 Share Posted February 7, 2003 now when I log into admin this is what it says under cache: Cache Control Cache Blocks Date Created Action Categories Box File does not exist Manufacturers Box File does not exist Also Purchased Module File does not exist Cache Directory: /tmp/ It's never said that before: always said the above post. Guest Posted February 7, 2003 Share Posted February 7, 2003 Going live real soon, have deadline of Feb 14. Moving site to another hosting company and using OSC and have to have this working. Something is screwy with the shopping cart. Customer can purchse all the items they want and when they get to "CHECKOUT" they enter their billing info and then click continue. there are other items in the cart they did not order. Please anyone who may have suggestions, please contrib. I thank you in advance. Also, from main page customer logged in and click checkout when NOTHING is even in their cart and the same thing happens. Products show up once they enter the billing info and hit continue. ( shows thumbnail in shopping cart) That's the only thing I've changed. How can I start all over without losing my products I've entered? Is there a way to get a fresh start without losing that info?
