ctscts Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 Working with an oscommer 2.1 store www.babybeminematernity.com. Store owners are receiving emails when sales are made, but as of 5/04/09, customers no longer receive a confirmation email when they make a purchase. My email is copied on all sales made and I no longer receive the sales emails either as of 5/04. My email is [email protected]. Could this be a database server problem or an oscommer store problem? I have no idea where to start looking for a resolution. Also, I signed up as a new customer today using a different email address (hosted by Go Daddy) and did not receive any confirmation email that I had signed up as a new customer (have checked spam folders too). So, I don't believe this is an email server/client problem, but a database server or oscommerce problem. Can anyone help? Thank you, Cathy Morneault

ctscts Posted May 8, 2009 Author Posted May 8, 2009 Are you sure about your version of Osc? I was wrong, it is osCommerce 2.2-MS2. Everything has been working correctly for the site with emails until 5/04/09.
