application_top.php not working in rca

while Trying to get a discount coupon to work on 2,2rca discovered that they would not show up. one specfic said it wopuld only work with rca not the previous. Discovered that i used some old files to bring site backl to live. when I put the poper files i get a blank screen on web site.

 

The following are the old files:

includes\application_top.php

includes\colum_left.php

includes\colum_right.php

includes\footer

 

includes\funtions\html_output.php

 

The one that I'nve been looking at is includes\application_top.php when insert get blank screen any suggestion?

Check your domain error log. It will tell you where the error is at.
