greyhound Posted May 6, 2009 Posted May 6, 2009 For some reason when the order processes its not entering the information into the orders_total table. Because it is not entered there it does not display on the orders page. Any one got a clue why its not putting the info into the table? Greyhound...

Some thoughts I have on the subject... 1. I have disabled all payment modules for my site because of my particular needs...so entries are not being made on purpose. Have you disabled or installed any modules lately? 2. Is it ALL entries for you? Only entries with certain payment modules? There have been reports that certain Paypal modules are not doing this properly, but I have no experience with them as of yet... 3. Possibly remove and reinstall all payment modules ?

Thank you for your thoughts. They are good ones. The store has customization to handle many stores in the admin. I may have changed some of the admin settings for payment methods. Could this have done this? Even if I only edited one store it's affecting all of the stores. All payment methods are not being entered into the orders_total table. From any of the stores. greyhound Posted May 7, 2009 Author Posted May 7, 2009 Got it working. I am not sure how. I just made some changes directly to the database and recopied over the module pages with the original files in case something happened to those files and tested and its working again. Hopefully it stays up working... Greyhound...
alder Posted May 19, 2009 Posted May 19, 2009 Hello I'm new at this and my problem is that the orders that were made last week or yesterday keep staying in the new orders box and they should move to the previous ordersbox. Shouldn't they? Please help !!! :(
