How to display different Banner

on my website HERE

 

On the left hand side at the bottom i got Sponsors

 

The banner size there is

 

mage Size

 

Width = 190

Height = 250

 

I know i can add them in the admin banner but i would like the banners to change on there own every 20 - 30 seconds.

 

i found the code

Then from there is can find any more.

 

Could someone please in a simple form :) tell me what code and pages to add or is there a banner modual
