how do I Update your database structure

I am trying to install a contribution called "Quantity Price Breaks Per Product"

 

and it is asking me to:

 

Update your database structure by processing the sql statements in "price_break.sql"

 

 

any know I do this.

You use the program named phpmyadmin which should be in your hosting account. You can find many tutorials on how to use it here.
