exactly how to remove e-mail address required

I read a lot about removing required fileds, but don't find the solution about this fileds from create account

 

e-mail address

pull down countries

 

I try to comment the lines in form_check.js but still ask me about required this fileds.

 

What pages and portion of code shoul i change?, for that?
