Product Listing Enhancements help?

Hi,

 

I have setup the Thumbnail Listing Enhancements add-on and it works great! The only thing I'm struggling with is the thumbnail image heights to be all the same.

I know we can set the widths to the desired value, but this in turn makes the image height proportional to the image width set. So if I have an image with different dimensions, I end up with different sized lising boxes.

 

Is there something I have setup wrong, or is it just a simple fix.
