Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address. Is there a setting I am missing? Or is this happening because I am testing a site that isn't "live" yet? Thx

Thx Are you using sandbox for testing, or a live paypal account, best to use a friends paypal email in admin set a product to like 10 cents and use your paypal account to pay for it, see if that works
