Free gift doesn't show up in admin? Where is it?

Downloaded and installed Free Gift 2.1. module.

It works great on the customer side. The buyer can choose a gift, it will be specified on the checkout confirmation page - no problem.

But when I go to admin>orders the gift is not there!!! All I see is:

 

Free Gift: -

 

Same with invoice and packing slip.

 

It seems to me like the gift is not stored in the database for some reason, though I followed the installation instructions accurately. Tried to remove the module and install it again - same thing.

Tried to contact the module designer via provided email - no response :angry: ! It seems like the guy doesn't care.

 

Can anybody help please???

Hi

First of all tell me the payment method ur using.If ur using Paypal then instal credit card or cash on delivery payment method first. And check if same problem occur or not, when u use these payment methods.
