rfrazier98 Posted May 1, 2009 Posted May 1, 2009 (edited) Hi, I have a client that is using OScommerce 2.2RC2 and the shipping module is not working correctly. Shipping costs are not added to items in the shopping cart, checkout, or once the order is sent to authorize.net for processing. According to the knowledge base article, http://www.oscommerce.info/kb/osCommerce/A...ing_Modules/226, I should be able to simply click on an icon or checkbox to manage shipping (as shown in fig 1.) but when I go to Modules > shipping, both status checkbox and wrench icon are missing. The action option is not working correctly either. If you click on the action icon, it just gives you info. I am a beginner with OS commerce and I have been researching this for quite some time now.
