Hi Guys,

 

Ive set up the oscommerce system on www.cheap-carpet-tiles.co.uk/store and ive set the categories by numbers in stock, aka 0-50 , 51-100 etc

 

I wondered if there was a way that if say for example, i have a product set in 300-400 category, but someone buys 150 of the same item, that the item can automatically then move into the 200-299 category if that makes sense?

 

Let me know if there is any contribution or solution please, id be extremely grateful

It is a very bad idea .. search engines need to see a valid URI for a product/category .. the way you are suggesting the URI would be constantly changing and therefore not indexed.

it's pointless idea.

 

Better to display product by price instead of stock level, as stock level is only your problem!
