I have dimensions set to no in the admin and have weights set for each item in the catalog, but still I get this error. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. If anyone can assist it would be appreciated. Quote

I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Sure you set up the address information of the shop complete in the admin? How to log the information you send out is described in the contribution notes. I recall you get that message when the shop address is not correct. Quote
