LeonRio Posted May 1, 2009 Posted May 1, 2009 The customer goes through checkout process and leaves comments. When I go to the order from admin there are no comments! I don't see them anywhere! What's wrong? Can anybody advise? Quote

I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. LeonRio Posted May 1, 2009 Author Posted May 1, 2009 are you using the PayPal standard module as payment module? Yes, I use PayPal standard - the only method I accept. The customer leaves comments either on the shipping method selection page or payment method selection. The message is visible at checkout confirmation just before proceeding to the actual payment. I've done it myself several times but get the same results. And for some reason free gift doesn't show up in admin too (module free gift 2.1). All I see is "Free Gift: -" I suspect these data get lost at some point. Any thoughts? Quote
