Coupon and Discount Help needed

I need to know how to use discounts and/or coupons on my site.

 

I need 2 different discounts

 

first one is $25 off total order when order over $150.00.

 

Second one is 10% off total order price when a code is entered. The code will be the same for everyone.

 

What do i need to download and how do i upload it to my site and where do i put the files?

 

If anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it i am not experienced with php so writting code myself is not going to help me.

 

This site must be up tommrow my advertising comes out tommrow and i must make good on my promises. Please help me
