Merlins Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 Hi everyone, I am brand new to this, and have read the knowledge base and it is helpful but my oscworks doesnt look anything like the one the knowledge base shows. I want to back up my website (I dont have a copy of any sort on my computer and dont know how to), also I would like to update my version of oscommerce (whatever version that may be...I dont know that either, I cant find the version of it anywhere) and then hopefully I can make the necessary changes to my website through the new oscommerce. Can anyone give me step by step instructions, everything I read just seems baffling. Thanks in advance
