Looking for someone to write OSCOmmerce MODs

I need some custom modifications to OS Commerce that allows specific functionality to the printing industry. OS Commerce has all the features needed except the ability to upload files to a folder, tag the files and folder to an order number that allows for lookup in the admin control panel. Second allow sub accounts to be created for users from a main account. Example, corporate account see all information, all orders for all stores. Eachstore has a login and can only see thier own order information. Other small mods but the two major ones are listed above.
