Changed server and now can not access admin panel

I have changed to a new server and I am not able to access my OSC admin panel so can't do much.

I get this error.

 

Internal Server Error

 

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

 

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

 

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8i DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.hobbiesplus.co.nz Port 80.

I searched and tried all the possible solution, but i couldn't got it.

 

1. global_register ON in .htaccess

2. CHMOD Permission from 605 to 755

3. global_register ON in php.ini

 

Can anyone help me

that the htacccess reflects new server, not old

 

any addresses there from old can cause this error

I have had a look at htaccess under admin but there is nothing in that file.

Is there another I shoild look at?

look in all parent dirs too

 

also check configure files & local dirs
