Jennanana Posted April 28, 2009 Posted April 28, 2009 First, I'd like to extend my thanks to everyone who contributes to this board, I would be useless without it. I've gotten a store set up and functioning, using PayPal for payments and everything is functioning well. However, it would be much easier to process orders if a copy of the invoice or packing list or even a confirmation were sent to the store owner or another email address when an order is placed. At the moment, the only email we receive is from PayPal and does not have any order details. The only way I've found to see what the customer ordered is to log into the admin panel and look at the customer's invoice or packing list. If there already is a way to do this, I'm sorry for the unnecessary post, but I've searched the forum, the contributions, and the admin panel multiple times and haven't found anything. germ Posted April 28, 2009 Posted April 28, 2009 Admin --> Configuration --> My Store --> Send Extra Order Emails To Populate it with a correctly formatted email address (like [email protected]). If it doesn't work you have something wrong with the mail setup (which I can't help with). If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
