How to Add a page in Left Box - Urgent Help Required

Hello,

I am using oscommerce-2.2rc2a. My site name is buzzpublishing.net/shop/

 

I want to add a page in Information Section (Left Box) below

* About Us

* Invitation to Author

* Shipping & Returns

 

Please tell me what all changes are required in php code files.

 

I am new to php.
