angelicv Posted April 28, 2009 Posted April 28, 2009 Every time I set the 'enable download' to 'true' I get the following message at the top of my website: Warning: The downloadable products directory does not exist: /home/angelicv/public_html/oscdownload/. Downloadable products will not work until this directory is valid. Where does this directory come from? I have a directory: /home/angelicv/public_html/osc/download. I can figure out just about everything else except this. How do I fix this to be directed to the: /home/angelicv/public_html/osc/download file? Thans for the help.

And how to fix it? I've never had a directory called 'oscdownload' so I don't know where this came from. I knew this was an error but don't know where it originates or how to fix it. Thanks for any help anyone can give me.
