lisalenton2fast Posted April 28, 2009 Posted April 28, 2009 Hi I am new to this so please bear with me if this seems a little niave. Our client was working in the admin panel and was making changes to the FAQ'S section when he was then called away from his desk for 30 minutes. He did not click update/save before leaving the admin site so once he had returned to the computer 30 mins later everything was gone, his new changes and the rest of the FAQ's text. Yes we have now changed the time out to an hour however it still does resolve the flaw. I can understand if it would lose any recent changes but to lose the whole text seems a little strange. Is there a solution please as the system as a whole is good. :)
