"GV and DC RC1 RC2 RC2a " for gift voucher & Discount coupon, No place to enter discount code

I upload "GV and DC RC1 RC2 RC2a " for gift voucher & Discount coupon Everything looks fine on admin side. During check out process there is no table asking for discount codes. Any idea of where to look for this issue? In the process of checking all files that were added to existing store. admin side order total module : coupons 3, Shipping 2 ,Sub-Total 1 Tax 4 Total 5 . only thing that noticed was different in admin under customers getting CouponsOrders Not on seperate lines links still work don't think it is an issue. Getting frustrated can't seem to find my error and resolution.
