projectsdw Posted April 28, 2009 Posted April 28, 2009 I'm wondering if there's any way I can view a customers cart. The problem I'm having at the moment is that I can see from analytics that I'm losing customers just before the external payment system kicks in. I think the fact that they are sent to another site, allbeit a customised one, scares people and they ens there purchase. I'm integrating a new system in a couple of weeks, but for the mean time I want to do the following: 1) If a new customer is created that day I want to view there cart 2) I can see in analytics if someone creates an account and drops out before payment 3) I want to contact this customer via email and offer to complete the transaction by phone I think this would really help with my puch in increasing sales, any help would be much appreciated :)
