01tjdriver Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Inside of Admin panel, when browsing to customers>orders and ensuring that status is set to "all orders" nothing shows up. I can browse to orders through phpmyadmin and I can also see the orders within admin panel by providing order number in Order ID search. Why is the list not populating? What can I do to resolve? Search function on this forum sucks (no offense admins :) ) People review posts based upon poor search and find that your post is not relevant to them so they back out. 2. People who do want to help are unsure how to because they are not provided sufficient information to know where / how / when the problem occurs... 3. The people 'in the know' on these things might not have the same 'visitation schedule' you do for these boards, or the IRL time to be able to help... i.e. 24hrs or so might not have been long enough for someone to find it or reply to it... plus it gets bumped to page two pretty fast :/ when the forums are busy 4. Or three, people like me are experiencing the same problem and are looking for answers but are not finding them... Having said that, I understand your frustration, but taking it out on the 'community' is counter productive, the people who do have the experience around here are invaluable and I'm sure if they 'knew' off hand what your problem was they would have chimed in or provided link to other information regarding the issue... and finally... like I said I'm having the same issue :/ mind filling me in on what you did to resolve it specifically?
