projectsdw Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Firstly, may I say awesome forum!!!! Secondly, it's my first post so mods if this is in the wrong place please feel free to move it. Basically I have an OSCommerce site and I use Nochex offsire payment processing. I'm losing about 30% of customers that add to cart at the order confirmation page (the page just before they get sent to no chex). For me it seems high, or is this normal due to 1)securecode issues- not remebering 2)standard drop out % at this point? I can't help thinking that an integrated payment system would be best, so the user doesn't leave the site. What is my best option with a shared server? I want customers to remain on the page. I spoke to protx(now sage) and they said I would need to have a dedicated server, irrespective of the type of SSL certificate I had. So the question is do I have to use a dedicated server to have an integrated payments page? :-)
