Standard OSC Specials Button

Hi,

 

I have been looking around for a standard OSC specials button but cant seem to find one and certainly dont know how to create one.

 

The reason behind the button request is that, in the one page checkout module, i was thinking of having a continue shopping button in the cart section of the checkout page but also have a link to the specials page at that point to help generate people looking at the specials pages.
