Timeout Processing request Error

My store was working perfectly on OSC v2.2 rc2 with Auth.net payment module installed until switching to

Timeout Processing request and PayPal Express Checkout.

 

I'm getting Timeout processing request error message.

 

I'm not sure whether this error message come from osC or paypal?

 

Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix this issue?
