Problem When I install flash carousel

I have just uploaded flash carousel via ftp.

 

I uploaded the flash carousel to both catalog & admin folders " but it's not working. I thought it only took 5 seconds to install :huh:

 

Have I missed something out during the upload to both folders?

The package you downloaded, "New Style for osCommerce Flash Carousel 12 Apr 2009", was an "additional" update.

It's not a full package.

 

When downloading any addon for the first time, look for the latest full package.

 

You need to download the one dated "5 Apr 2009". That's a full package.
