add manditory checkbox to checkout

hi all,

 

i'd like to add a checkbox in the checkout process that is manditory with some T's & C's disclaimer. if the checkbox isn't checked the process won't go forward.

 

is there some code to do that or a module?

customer Must Accept Terms and Conditions (MATC)

 

There are more than just this one.

 

Search the addons with the word "agree"

 

I haven't tried any of them.
