Hi

 

I'm a relative newbie here and i'm desperately trying to make my life as easy as possible.

 

I would like to charge my customers a flat shipping rate dependant on their location. ...So a flat rate for UK, Europe and US for example.

 

So the quick question really is

 

1) In the admin tool how do i include more than one shipping zone. Currently this has defaulted to just one, Florida???

2) How do i include a flat rate against these specific zones.
