Also I been doing research and i found something called seo friendly URLs what is that to?

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you. Daniel you have already been given some great resources re-read this thread and you will see loads of links to different poeces of info and indeed add ons that will make your seo task a lot easier. No-one can gove you a short answer to this or indeed provide you with a list of instructions there have been many many books written by pros on seo work that run into thousands of pages, it would be like trying to explain the ins and outs of roicket science in a paragraph. Self teaching is the only way to go but its going to be a long process have no illusions unless you have a budget then there are many many seo experts that will quite happily help out. best of luck
