WebDev22 Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 I am seeking a solution for our Catalog Request form where the data would be collected in the database, sent to us via email, and accessible in Admin. Does anyone know if this contribution does this: "Contact Us Form in DB with Admin"? Also will this contribution allow us to add our own custom fields as opposed to just name, email and comments? Thanks.
