New Problems occuring, now with index

Ok about a week ago I noticed that when customers come to my site and make a purchase, the names and info get recorded but not the orders. So I dont know what they ordered (No Invoice). Not with Paypal. I did not change anything so I'm wondering what happened.

 

Now I checked on things this morning and my index page is saying it has a fatal error. I didn't change anything so can anyone tell me whats going on? Please help.
