Paypal problem

Hi, please help.

 

I have problem with paypal for some of my customers, I tried it and it worked out but some people are having a problem:

 

"Sorry - your last action could not be completed"

 

and later I install this contributon - PayPal payment every time 01A

 

but when I went to make payment.
