firben Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 Hello, I want to make a form with a series of questions to my customers, who have competed an order. The easiest way i could think of was to make a form on checkout_success.php i can do it in html, but i am not sure of how to set it into the checkout_success.php page so that i will work... does anybody have some ideas about how this could be done? thank you in advance.
