Is there anyway I can add address info, phone, city, state, etc. I've looked for a solution for days and am having zero luck with the trial and error method. I've seen this done on other oscommerce sites but can't find the solution. Please help!

It seems like it should be such a simple thing. But I'm pulling out what little hair I have left. I want to add drop-downs and quite a few other things.

WebDev22 Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 We're migrating a site over from an old Cold Fusion platform and only have one element left to set up, which is this Catalog Request form: http://216.162.181.124/catalog.cfm. Is there such a contribution that will allow us to process the request by adding the information to the database AND displaying it in Admin so we can access the data and send out our catalogs?
