I havehad a number of transaction where the sellers address has been shown as unconfirmed, and therefore I am ineligable for seller protection. Is there any way I can confirm these are genuine purchases. or Is there another payment gateway I can used that would offer better security? I would have expected that PayPay have verified the card details at the time the custmer made the payment.

I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself.
