centtaco Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 Hey all I just noticed that when someone makes an order on my site, it records the customer but not the order. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Everything was working fine until I installed the SSL, and now its just not saving the orders in admin or in customers/orders. The customers name and info are recorded, just no invoices. With both Paypal and Crcd transactions. Please help.

I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. centtaco Posted April 20, 2009 Author Posted April 20, 2009 I believe I am using paypal standard, but the order was not made with paypal, it was done with a crcd.
Guest Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 thats the problem. they used a credit card through paypal (without logging into account). im getting the same issue looking for solution. order confirmations dont get sent out either, items stay in shopping cart most of the time.
