It looks like there is none communication between the website and Authorized.net. I can see the orders on the oscommerce_admin, but there is not record on Authorized.net. Here are my module's settings: Enable Authorize.net AIM Module True Login Username GOOD (is it my authorized.net login or the API Login?) I try both Transaction Key GOOD Transaction Mode Live Authorization Type Authorize/Capture Customer Notifications False Merchant Notifications True Request CVV Number True Sort order of display. 0 Payment Zone Set Order Status default CURL Proxy URL /usr/bin/curl In the Authorized.net My settings are: Default Relay Response URL: https://www.mywebsite.com/checkout_process.php Direct Response Delimiter: yes, Default Field Separator: Comma Field Encapsulation Character: double quotes Transaction Version 3.1 Thank you! for any help. Did anyone ever respond to you on this, we are having the same problem. orders are in the system, but authorize.net doesn't get them. and i can't find a way to push batches manually.
birdmantx Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 Make sure you are using your API Login and the transaction key created from the Authorize.net site under settings. Use one of these test credit cards 370000000000002 American Express, 6011000000000012 Discover, 5424000000000015 MasterCard, 4007000000027 Visa. Any expiration date as long as it isnt expired, and any 3 digit cvs code. You should see the card has been declined if it is communicating with Authorize.net. You will not be able to see anything in your admin for authorize.net because it is in test mode. You will not get any success or confermation e-mails in test mode. Once you think you are communicating with Authorize.net, Add a test product to your site for $1.00, turn off testing mode in oscommerce and Authorize.net and go live. Use a real credit card and see if you get an authorization. If so you should automaticlly get a confermation or order e-mail, and a Authorize.net success e-mail. Flying away to get back to work.
