lchrist486 Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Hey guys, I'm hoping someone can help with this issue. As I've been building my clipart site I've been doing test purchases. Everything was fine until last Friday. Now, all of a sudden no email confirmations are going out. I get the paypal confirmations but nothing from the shop. I've been wracking my brains and searching these forums since then and I can't find a concrete answer. it's not my mail settings in Admin. I've checked those over. Any ideas before I have to reinstall my shop and start over? Thanks again. L

I've noticed a lot of other people with the same problem but there doesn't seem to be an answer. I'll poke around a bit more but at this point it looks like I'll have to start over again.
Bors Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 Add me to the list of people with the same problem. None of the e-mailing in the store (contact us, order confirmations, etc...) works... Everything in the admin panel seems configured properly... Non-store mail on the domain functions fine... Any ideas, anyone? Pretty please?
andystar Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 Hi I have the same problem. He was made an update on the server (php 5.2.9, security, etc.). And email no longer works. Took about admin thousand words and we need to use email account with the login. But how? (Last week the issue is resolved, but now and no longer works). How can we set a box email password? That is the question?! andy
