Protx issue : SSL Cert Problem

Hi guys,

 

When I try to complete a transaction I get the following Protx error message (I've set debugging on in the admin) - any advice on how to get around this while testing on my localhost?

curl_error= SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK. Details:

error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed
