Remove columns from invoice/packing slip

Hi,

I am looking to remove the following columns from the invoice:

Model, Tax Price (ex), Price (inc), Total (ex)

And the Model colomn from the packing slip.

Would someone be able to advise me on what code to change and remove in the invoice.php and packingslip.php without changing the look on the invoice and the packing slip.

Also how can I easily edit size of the "ship to" text without in having a significant effect on other areas?

There are instructions for removing those columns in this add on:

In order to change the font of the shipping address, I suppose the correct way would be to assign a new font size to that text and define it in your stylesheet.
