1046 - No database selected

There is no error on normal page but when I log in admin stage there is an error occurs like:

 

1046 - No database selected

 

select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration

I change admin/includes/configure.php but still got an error

I think admin section includes configs from another file becouse first I have changed admin/includes/configure.php but it still get configures from the old database. Now I change the server and got this error
