UPS XML Rates

I seem to have a few problems with the UPS XML rates for shipping in my store.

 

1) On the checkout_shipping.php page The weight of the product shows as 0 unless I disable dimensional support in Configuration > Shipping/Packaging

2) I have the option checked to return our discounted rate from UPS but it doesnt seem to return our discounted rate (In the UPS Shipping Module). I assume it should work as there is an option there to use it?
