Display Shipping Costs in Cart Before Customer Enters Info?

I am trying to wrap up my first osCommerce site...http://www.bayouclassicdirect.com/ ...for a client who would like to be able to display the shipping charges in the shopping cart before requiring the customer to enter all his information (name, address, phone number, ect.)

 

Can this be done? How?

so no matter where shipping is going to all prices are the same?usually need zip code first at least to calculate shipping. there are contributions which do this available.

Thanks for the response. I should have been more sprcific...I'm sorry. I understand that UPS has to know the destination in order to calculate the shipping charges. Is there a contribution that will display the shipping charges in the shopping cart with only the zip code? If so, can you steer me to it?
