session error

hi guys, can anyone please help me out with this error message:

 

Warning: session_save_path() [function.session-save-path]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 32099 is not allowed to access owned by uid 0 in /home/jdbands/public_html/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 127 -

 

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /home/jdbands/public_html/includes/functions/sessions.php:127) in /home/jdbands/public_html/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 76

I am using Version 2. Sorry but I just inherited this site and all the problems that came with it.

I have the same problem, the website was working good and now I'm getting this error
