Display Shipping Costs in Cart Before Customer Enters Info?

I am trying to wrap up my first attempt at an osCommerce site for a client... http://www.bayouclassicdirect.com/ ...who would like to be able to display the shipping costs for items in his shopping cart before the customer is required to enter all his information...(name, address, phone number, ect.)

 

I'm sure the zip code would be required as the only Shipping module installed is UPS and the costs are determined by the items weight and destination.

 

Can this be done? How?
